Thinking time/return.
It is possible that you want to return an order (drawing, painting, print). Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to MaureenKolhoffArt are for your own account. These costs depend on the size and weight of your order, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. Returning a drawing/painting/print must meet a few requirements, which Maureen Kolhoff Art will state here. The work must be with track & trace and insurance service. The insurance service must cover the value of the work. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur (Maureen Kolhoff Art) with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via the contact form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order (without damage and traces of use).
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to see the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact us via the contact form . However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself and you will not receive the shipping costs back when ordering.”

Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you. If additional costs are involved, these will be passed on to you, the customer.
Delivery time & shipping costs.
Maureen Kolhoff Art makes every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before [12.00], we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. The weight is stated with the work (drawing, painting, print) and the corresponding dimensions. Maureen Kolhoff Art sends her orders via PostNL. If, for whatever reason, more shipping costs are charged than Maureen Kolhoff Art makes, she will let you know and you will receive the difference back. If the customer has paid too little shipping costs, due to incorrect insertion of the information while making the order, the customer must still pay the difference later. Maureen Kolhoff Art will inform the customer by email.

Maureen Kolhoff Art cares about her products and does her utmost to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two weeks of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
